A few shop announcements:

  • I can no longer take custom orders to be shipped by Christmas. All sales must be what is currently available in my shop. 
  • From Christmas through the first 3 weeks of January, my shop will be taking a hiatus. I have big plans for shop updates early in 2013, and I'm going to be slipping behind the scenes to get things ready!! Digital files will still be available, but totes and pillowcases will be MIA for a few weeks. I'll keep you posted on my progress, and you will want to keep your eyes peeled for new things to come! #imsoexcited!!

"Frasier Island" Book Review and Giveaway!

Last month I spoke at a Christian Writer's Conference and met beautiful authors such as Susan Page Davis. I recently read her book, Frasier Island , and I am so excited to tell you about it! It is easy to tell when you've got your hands on a good book, and friends, this is a good book . It is full of mystery and intrigue, unexpected twists and plots, and just enough romance woven through to make it not over-the-top-lovey-dovey. Romance novels aren't really my thing, but a well written, informative, interesting mystery is! Quick Tip Tuesday: Facebook. Just Stop.

I have to say, I never, ever thought I'd be writing this post. But here we go. The goal of these quick tips is to simplify. Because really, isn't that the goal of every organizing project? We find a system that isn't working - something that aggravates our daily routine, and frankly, aggravates us! And we tear it apart and make an even bigger mess than before so we can find a better system that simplifies life. These quick projects do the same thing, with the added benefit of being, well, quick! These are quick fixes that take little or no time but have a big impact. Today's quick tip?
